Hi there! 👋 My name is Stanislav. I grew up in Kyrgyzstan and came to the U.S. to pursue my BS in CS & Business and MS in Applied Economics at Lehigh University.

Today: Working @Freshpet on special projects, sourcing deals @FlashpointVC, and consulting on AI strategy — with examples ranging from AI-powered surveillance to robotics for agriculture.

What I'm Looking For: A value-creation / AI operating role in private equity — working inside portfolio companies to help AI actually take hold, not just advising on it. A lot of enterprise AI stalls before it delivers; the part that's genuinely hard is operationalizing it so it moves EBITDA. I've worked on that as an in-house operator helping take a company AI-first — starting by rebuilding a core manufacturing process with computer vision, then building the enterprise foundation for agentic development that lets every team actually build and adopt AI, with the governance and security to scale it. I'd love to bring that approach across a portfolio: technical diligence pre-close, then deployment and adoption post-close.

Previously: Co-founded @SaniMektep, SWE at Oracle Blockchain, early-stage VC, computer vision research (Lehigh × U.S. Army Research Lab), robotics (World Championship), and professional judo athlete (Black Belt, 10+ years).
